Requirements

  • •Experience as Technical Project Manager
  • •Technical background in software development
  • •Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD
  • •Ability to write technical work packages
  • •Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • •Experience in robotics or embedded systems
  • •German and Mandarin skills as plus
  • •Experience in AI or computer vision
  • •Experience scaling agile engineering processes
  • •German language skills
  • •PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
  • •Flexibility for business trips

Tasks

  • •Manage complex agile software projects in robotics
  • •Ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
  • •Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • •Translate business requirements into technical JIRA tickets
  • •Define clear acceptance criteria for development tasks
  • •Prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders
  • •Track sprint progress and mitigate project risks
  • •Report project status and dependencies to management
  • •Coordinate alignment across cross-functional engineering teams
  • •Monitor milestones and system-level integration timelines
  • •Drive continuous process and documentation improvements
  • •Verify deliverables meet quality and validation standards
