Requirements

• •Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or comparable field
• •Practical experience (>10 years) in project management of complex projects
• •Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• •Efficient, structured, and results-oriented working method
• •High level of responsibility
• •Flexibility, resilience, and decisiveness under time pressure
• •Very good presentation and communication skills
• •Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
• •Willingness for occasional business trips
• •Team player with strong interpersonal skills
