Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics or related field
- 2+ years experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Experience with robotics systems, hardware-software products, or complex technical products
- Solid technical foundation in software, systems engineering, robotics, or hardware-related domains
- Strong ability to understand and discuss APIs, communication protocols, and system interactions, ideally in robotics or industrial environments
- Experience working with external partners, system integrations, or interoperability standards
- Comfortable operating in environments with high technical complexity and many stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with developers and debug integration issues with partners hands-on
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently, and passion for continuous improvement
- Fluency in English required, proficiency in German is a significant plus
Tasks
- Define and refine product vision and strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes
- Maintain and balance the product roadmap
- Prioritize initiatives based on feedback and impact
- Ensure partner robot integration scalability
- Gather and clarify requirements from various teams
- Convert needs into structured epics and user stories
- Act as primary interface between stakeholders and developers
- Support engineering teams with clear priorities
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Guide external robot partners through integration
- Support partners in achieving full integration
- Identify and address recurring integration challenges
- Work with diverse stakeholder groups
