Tasks
- Own and scale paid growth engine for DACH & FR
- Focus on Meta Ads and additional channels (TikTok, Google, YouTube)
- Develop and evolve paid growth strategy for DACH & FR
- Manage budget planning and forecasting
- Maintain tracking setup health (Pixel + CAPI / Enhanced Conversions / TikTok API)
- Diagnose and specify tracking fixes
- Collaborate with Data/Engineering for technical implementation
- Handle day-to-day GTM work
- Lead structured experimentation and optimization
- Improve key performance KPIs through data-driven decisions
- Translate performance insights into creative direction
- Test and iterate creative angles
- Explore new paid growth opportunities
- Manage performance risk proactively
- Mentor other performance marketing manager
- Set performance execution standards
- Partner with BI to enhance analysis quality
- Refine reporting frameworks connecting platform performance to business impact
