- Native-level fluency in German
- Passion for combining storytelling with data
- Experience in directing creative teams and agencies
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and media buying strategies
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in using Google Analytics or equivalent
- Experimental mindset and curiosity about AI tools
- Experience with creative analytics platforms such as Motion
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
Tasks
- Manage paid search and social campaigns
- Build, optimize, and scale campaigns
- Use data to guide marketing decisions
- Contribute to creative performance strategies
- Write and test ad copy and creatives
- Shape full funnel media buying strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Build full funnel campaigns for brand awareness and conversion
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy for performance improvement
- Manage paid media budgets and forecast expenses
- Translate data into insights using Google Analytics
- Develop effective campaigns with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams
- Lead creative learning agenda for performance acquisition
- Write creative briefs for UGC creators and design teams
- Manage static and video editing reviews with attention to detail
- Integrate creative performance insights and trends
- Conduct creative research using Ads Library and customer insights
- Explore AI tools for generative creatives and workflow improvements
