Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German

- Experience in directing creative teams and agencies
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and media buying strategies
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in using Google Analytics or equivalent
- Experimental mindset and curiosity about AI tools
- Experience with creative analytics platforms such as Motion
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
Tasks
- Manage paid search and social campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
- Build, optimize, and scale campaigns using data-driven decisions
- Contribute to creative strategies that enhance performance
- Write and test ad copy and creatives
- Shape full funnel media buying strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage customers
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Develop full funnel campaigns for brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy for continuous performance improvement
- Manage paid media budgets and forecast for paid media channels
- Translate data into insights using tools like Google Analytics
- Work with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams to create effective campaigns
- Lead the creative learning agenda focusing on performance acquisition and creative strategy
- Write creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house Design teams
- Manage static/video editing reviews with attention to detail
- Integrate creative performance insights and customer insights for innovation
- Conduct creative research using platforms like Ads Library
- Explore and apply AI tools for generative creatives and workflow improvements
