Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of German employment laws

  • Handling confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite

Tasks

  • Serve as trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and well-being
  • Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs
  • Support implementation of learning and development initiatives, training programs, and mentorship opportunities
  • Ensure effective implementation of performance management processes
  • Coach managers and employees on performance improvement strategies
  • Facilitate performance conversations to drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and well-being
  • Champion diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate HR records
  • Facilitate exceptional onboarding experience for new employees
  • Conduct orientation sessions and share company information
  • Support integration of new employees into their roles
  • Generate regular HR reports and metrics to track and analyze trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance people practices and organizational effectiveness
