Senior People Business Partner(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Several years of relevant work experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role
• Genuine interest in people and various roles
• Ability to drive new frameworks, processes, and projects
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to meet stakeholders onsite regularly
• Background in Systemic Coaching/Systemic Design/Mediation or German labour law knowledge
• Exposure to different international markets, ideally in tech or automotive

Tasks

• Act as a strategic advisor to People Managers
• Lead key projects in organizational development
• Drive and implement programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with people managers on leadership support
• Assess organizational design and workforce planning needs
• Facilitate succession planning and performance management
• Navigate stakeholder relationships to balance priorities
• Guide change processes for optimal outcomes
