- •Fast learning of technical products
- •Ability to frame Azure-aligned value
- •Experience orchestrating deals and pipeline generation
- •Program and stakeholder management skills
- •Literacy in co-op, MDF, and SPIFFs
- •Experience across multiple regions and segments
- •Direct sales or hyperscaler relationship experience
- •Commercial Marketplace and enterprise procurement expertise
- •Knowledge of integration, automation, or AI
- •Right to work or visa eligibility
- •English language proficiency

- •Lead the end-to-end Azure partnership strategy
- •Develop relationships across Microsoft's partner organization
- •Establish repeatable co-sell execution and account targeting
- •Deliver joint co-marketing campaigns and field events
- •Align the company's value proposition with Microsoft priorities
- •Manage Marketplace private offers and transaction processes
- •Collaborate with Legal and Finance on procurement structures
- •Train internal teams using specialized partnership playbooks
- •Report on pipeline metrics and field engagement health
- •Replicate the partnership model for AWS in 2026
- •Lead lighthouse pursuits to build early market momentum
- •Set and monitor clear performance success benchmarks
