Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel, or Sales in fast-scaling SaaS companies
- 3+ years working directly with services partners in revenue-focused role
- GSI partnership motion ownership (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc.)
- Track record of generating partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline
- Experience with complex enterprise deals (€100K–€500K+ range) involving consulting and implementation partners
- Ability to build trusted relationships across partner organizations
- Ability to translate influence into opportunities and revenue
- Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows
- Thrive in early ecosystem environments
- Combine program design, field execution, and commercial impact
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
- Clear execution and measurable outcomes
- Experience in a fast-scaling technology company
- Thrive in evolving environments
- Strong understanding of co-selling models
- Strong understanding of partner enablement
- Strong understanding of services-led enterprise sales
- Familiarity with automation platforms, integration technologies, developer tooling, or AI-driven workflow products
Tasks
- Build and scale GSI partnership engine
- Own GSI strategy across EMEA
- Identify and recruit strategic services partners
- Map and develop relationships with partner leadership
- Stand up repeatable engagement frameworks
- Drive lighthouse partnerships with Tier-1 GSIs
- Build joint go-to-market strategies with GSIs
- Stand up repeatable co-sell execution
- Build and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Position n8n within enterprise automation initiatives
- Lead strategic pursuits involving GSIs
- Onboard GSIs and drive technical and commercial enablement
- Develop scalable partner resources
- Support partners in building services offerings
- Enable Sales, SE, Marketing, and Customer teams
- Track and report partner performance metrics
- Collect feedback to improve partner experience
- Act as voice of the partner internally
- Shape and scale n8n’s broader services partner ecosystem
