Requirements
- 7+ years partner sales, alliances, or business development experience
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
- Proven success building partner ecosystems from scratch
- Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and managed service models
- Enterprise software space knowledge
- Ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, driven
- Experience collaborating with direct sales teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Munich residency or commuting distance
Tasks
- Develop and execute DACH partner strategy
- Drive new revenue through channel and alliance relationships
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
- Expand Diligent's reach and coverage
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships
- Drive partner engagement and joint pipeline development
- Increase partner revenue contribution
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Ensure long-term alignment and mutual value creation
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives
- Execute partner campaigns
- Deliver partner enablement programs
- Train partners on Diligent's value proposition
- Motivate partners to represent Diligent effectively
- Ensure partners can represent Diligent's value proposition
- Track partner performance using CRM and analytics
- Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting
- Represent Diligent at industry events and conferences
- Attend partner forums across the DACH region
