Requirements

  • 7+ years partner sales, alliances, or business development experience
  • Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven success building partner ecosystems from scratch
  • Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and managed service models
  • Enterprise software space knowledge
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, driven
  • Experience collaborating with direct sales teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Munich residency or commuting distance

Tasks

  • Develop and execute DACH partner strategy
  • Drive new revenue through channel and alliance relationships
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
  • Expand Diligent's reach and coverage
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships
  • Drive partner engagement and joint pipeline development
  • Increase partner revenue contribution
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
  • Ensure long-term alignment and mutual value creation
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Execute partner campaigns
  • Deliver partner enablement programs
  • Train partners on Diligent's value proposition
  • Motivate partners to represent Diligent effectively
  • Ensure partners can represent Diligent's value proposition
  • Track partner performance using CRM and analytics
  • Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting
  • Represent Diligent at industry events and conferences
  • Attend partner forums across the DACH region
