Requirements

  • Experience in SMB payments, banking sales, innovation, or product roles
  • Excellent knowledge of SMB payments and global payment systems
  • Strong understanding of small business issues and challenges
  • Talent for storytelling and engaging people
  • Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder credibility
  • Experience in complex multicultural matrix environments
  • Strong self-direction, accountability, and delivery focus
  • High teamwork orientation and cross-functional attitude
  • Fluency in German and English with communication skills

Tasks

  • Drive SMB growth within the Central Europe cluster
  • Represent Visa at industry events
  • Localize and execute the cluster’s SMB strategy
  • Partner with Head of BD and account teams
  • Lead SMB sales activities with existing clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities for SMB solutions
  • Design new or enhanced client propositions
  • Develop 'One Visa' solutions for SMBs
  • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant value-added services
  • Drive growth of existing SMB card portfolios
  • Manage client performance, activation, and migration
  • Develop SMB components for client account plans
  • Contribute to Visa strategic planning sessions
  • Support BDs on new SMB client opportunities
  • Design client propositions and proposals
  • Act as an SMB subject matter expert
  • Identify SMB whitespace and sales acceleration opportunities
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of SMB pipeline
  • Contribute to the European SMB solution roadmap
  • Review market intelligence and client feedback
  • Analyze competitive landscapes
  • Ensure market readiness for new Visa solutions
  • Localize sales collateral and GTM materials
  • Identify potential clients, enablers, and influencers
  • Evaluate SMB partnership opportunities
  • Develop internal and external education campaigns
  • Partner with marketing to build SMB brand
  • Deliver assigned initiatives and sales revenue targets
  • Monitor and meet key performance indicators
