- •Represent client services on the leadership team
- •Direct operational plans across matrixed teams
- •Develop long-term strategic plans for the market
- •Build relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders
- •Advocate for the client success transformation strategy
- •Hold stakeholders accountable for client experience quality
- •Manage large-scale projects and functional processes
- •Guide and lead employees across multiple functions
- •Communicate status updates to senior executive leadership
- •Streamline strategic initiatives to inspire change
- •Influence global payment practices and procedures
- •Provide thought leadership on payment trends
- •Advise senior client stakeholders on value realization
- •Manage employee development and performance reviews
- •Coach and delegate to direct and matrixed reports
- •Oversee expense budgets and revenue targets
- •Act as the central escalation point for crises
- •Monitor the European Payment System for euro payments
- •Manage interactions with the European Central Bank
- •Lead Eurozone crisis management and governance forums
- •Develop and test euro-area incident simulations
- •Approve process changes relevant to the Eurozone
- •Participate in external regulatory working groups
