Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams
- Proven success managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Deep understanding of DACH enterprise buying processes and compliance expectations
- Experience building and executing account-based go-to-market strategies
- Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM governance
- Native-level German and strong business-level English communication skills
- Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication and executive presence
Tasks
- Develop and execute a DACH-focused go-to-market strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Own the team quota and drive pipeline health
- Ensure forecast accuracy and consistent revenue outcomes
- Implement and enforce deal management frameworks
- Conduct pipeline reviews and deal inspections
- Partner with Marketing, SDR/BDR, Customer Success, and Professional Services
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in DACH accounts
- Maintain enterprise-grade CRM discipline and reporting standards
- Represent the company at industry events and executive roundtables
