Tasks

  • Provide hands-on call coaching and live feedback
  • Conduct structured role-play sessions to increase conversion rates
  • Build scalable outbound prospecting programs across phone, email, and social
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align pipeline expectations
  • Partner with Account Executives to improve qualification metrics
  • Work with Marketing to improve lead flow and ICP targeting
  • Enhance demand generation impact with the Marketing team
  • Manage Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Provide visibility into team activity and pipeline health
