- Oversee external vendors supporting digital tactics
- Monitor competitive digital trends and opinion leaders
- Ensure initiatives meet legal and regulatory standards
- Design customer experience strategies across digital channels
- Lead engagement content mapping for customer segments
- Define KPIs and analytics with Digital Operations
- Analyze data to provide actionable optimization insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally on messaging and materials
- Maintain content consistency across all commercial channels
- Train internal teams on omnichannel tools
- Manage budgets to maximize initiative ROI
