- Oversee BMS Production team in Europe
- Maximize Mosaic impact in Germany
- Oversee Mosaic evolution in Germany
- Activate rollout of additional brands, channels, technology, and personalization
- Build and extend AI-driven marketing vision
- Implement European content models (Mosaic, OCSC, self-service, agency)
- Support European content models
- Shape roadmaps for content model changes and scaling
- Rationalize content models
- Provide oversight of Germany and European production teams
- Deliver compliant, high-quality omnichannel digital assets
- Drive mobilization of Mosaic in Germany
- Surface local realities impacting model design
- Identify challenges or blockers for model design
- Provide input into sequencing or activation implications
- Drive activation and evolution of Mosaic in Germany
- Understand local nuances and business priorities
- Select hub services
- Make decisions on market engagement models
- Drive tailored activation plans
