- Manage field sizing, onboarding, and incentive tracking
- Coordinate development for field-based staff with Commercial Training
- Localize promotional materials alongside Marketing and IT
- Collaborate with Compliance and Audit to maintain regulatory adherence
- Partner with field managers to resolve operational issues
- Coordinate contracts and logistics for Speaker Programs and Advisory Boards
- Align oncology meetings and sponsorships with business needs
