In this role, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution by leading commercial operations and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive excellence across Germany.

Requirements

• •Significant leadership experience in German biopharmaceutical Commercial Operations
• •Strong grasp of market dynamics, local laws, and reporting
• •Confidence in navigating analytics
• •Fluent English communication skills
• •Desirable experience supporting pharma field sales
• •Bachelor’s degree
• •At least 7 years of industry experience
• •5 years in global commercial operations
• •Successful completion of background checks

Tasks

• •Provide strategic and operational leadership to Commercial Operations teams
• •Translate global commercial strategies into local tactical plans
• •Supervise performance analytics and reporting to guide business decisions
• •Manage field sizing, onboarding, and incentive tracking
• •Coordinate development for field-based staff with Commercial Training
• •Localize promotional materials alongside Marketing and IT
• •Collaborate with Compliance and Audit to maintain regulatory adherence
• •Partner with field managers to resolve operational issues
• •Coordinate contracts and logistics for Speaker Programs and Advisory Boards
• •Align oncology meetings and sponsorships with business needs
