- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva) and their implementation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM systems
- Ability to influence and recommend solutions
Tasks
- Develop the DACH Commercial Excellence Plan
- Collaborate with Sales Leads on KAM performance and customer targeting
- Establish KPIs and market prioritization
- Promote Sales Force Effectiveness
- Drive adoption of Veeva CRM and Tableau for analytics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze large data sets for informed decision-making
- Manage multiple priorities and timelines independently
- Resolve issues and manage change effectively
- Communicate effectively in German and English
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
