  • Proven track record in managing enterprise content ecosystems and implementing metadata standards
  • Familiarity with DAM platforms (AEM, Veeva Vault PromoMats) and content governance tools
  • Solid understanding of AI-driven content generation and related technologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements
  • Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Build and maintain structured content libraries (claims, photography, references).
  • Enable GenAI-driven content creation and reuse.
  • Implement local metadata and taxonomy standards.
  • Ensure tagging accuracy and metadata integrity.
  • Enable enterprise content searchability and insights.
  • Execute seamless asset transfer across systems.
  • Monitor and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Ensure adherence to BMS metadata standards.
  • Support BMS claims management.
  • Drive content quality and compliance practices.
  • Promote efficient, searchable content management.
  • Oversee end-to-end content production workflows.
  • Deliver timely, compliant, high-quality assets.
  • Partner with US team on global content standards.
  • Adapt and translate global content.
  • Optimize Mosaic content for reuse.
  • Continuously improve metadata and taxonomy frameworks.
  • Maximize content discoverability and reuse.
  • Validate asset alignment with brand strategy.
  • Validate asset alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Validate asset alignment with style standards.
  • Liaise with MLR/PromoMats stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with AORs, CASA, and Mosaic.
  • Uphold content integrity and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize content processes.

  • Improve operational efficiency.
