- 5–8 years of experience in commercial roles within healthcare or diagnostics
- Finance background
- Proven experience in product launch execution, project management, and commercial analytics
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience working across international markets, particularly in EMEA, LATAM, Canada, and Asia Pacific
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
Tasks
- Lead international product launches and lifecycle transitions across EMEA, LATAM, Canada, and APAC
- Drive portfolio prioritization and market readiness to maximize commercial impact
- Manage cross-functional projects using structured methodologies
- Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Facilitate Commercial Management Review meetings to align stakeholders
- Analyze internal and external data to assess launch readiness and performance
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and identify risks
- Coordinate International Strategic and Tactical Plans to align with commercial priorities
- Act as a central liaison between global and regional teams
- Share best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Lead high-impact projects outside regular planning cycles
