Requirements

  • Degree in Business, HR, Law, Finance, or comparable
  • Years of progressive Global Mobility experience
  • Leadership and cross-regional program management experience
  • Expertise in full assignment lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of international payroll, tax, and law
  • Confidence in navigating complex compliance environments
  • Strong project, change, and stakeholder management
  • High customer and employee experience orientation

Tasks

  • Lead the design and governance of global mobility standards
  • Continuously improve global mobility policies and programs
  • Ensure high-quality mobility experiences throughout the assignment lifecycle
  • Drive global mobility strategy, processes, and systems
  • Standardize global mobility while enabling local flexibility
  • Develop policies for all assignment types and tax positioning
  • Balance global consistency with local legal and cultural requirements
  • Manage complex executive and senior international assignment cases
  • Harmonize global processes with HR, Payroll, and Legal stakeholders
  • Implement and improve global mobility systems and tools
  • Automate immigration and assignment management data services
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and social security laws
  • Coordinate international payroll and employment law considerations
  • Oversee vendor management and external service provider governance
  • Develop compliant mobility solutions for emerging markets
  • Lead and develop the global mobility team
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
