- •Proven experience with AI and growth marketing
- •Expertise in automation, data analysis, and attribution
- •Practical experience with leading and emerging MarTech and AI-powered tools
- •Practical experience with established and emerging martech tools and AI-powered solutions
- •Experience building and leading global, cross-functional teams
- •Knowledge of domains, hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure

- •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, AI-literate team
- •Build capabilities with intent
- •Manage the budget and allocate resources across channels, campaigns, events, and partners
- •Enforce disciplined ROI management
- •Represent Marketing in executive forums and with external partners
- •Present data-backed points clearly and succinctly
- •Lead the AI-first transformation of organization, processes, tool stack, and capabilities
- •Scale successful pilots company-wide
- •Utilize automation, personalization, predictive analytics, and generative creative solutions
- •Anchor a test-and-learn culture with solid experiment design
- •Position IONOS as the benchmark for AI-enabled B2B marketing
- •Enhance sales productivity through AI-supported lead generation and pipeline acceleration
- •Increase marketing's contribution to pipeline and conversion across the funnel
- •Improve efficiency through automation and transparent ROI reporting
- •Define, test, and roll out value proposition and go-to-market playbooks for core segments
- •Ensure the team operates in sync with clear, AI-powered workflows
