  • At least 6 years in B2B or SaaS marketing
  • 3+ years leading teams with accountability for people, budget and outcomes
  • Proven experience with AI and growth marketing
  • Expertise in automation, data analysis, and attribution
  • Practical experience with leading and emerging MarTech and AI-powered tools
  • Practical experience with established and emerging martech tools and AI-powered solutions
  • Experience building and leading global, cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of domains, hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure

  • Position IONOS as the benchmark for AI-enabled B2B marketing
  • Enhance sales productivity through AI-supported lead generation and pipeline acceleration
  • Increase marketing's contribution to pipeline and conversion across the funnel
  • Improve efficiency through automation and transparent ROI reporting
  • Define, test, and roll out value proposition and go-to-market playbooks for core segments
  • Ensure the team operates in sync with clear, AI-powered workflows
