- Understanding of reverse ETL, real-time decisioning, and operational analytics use cases
- Exposure to AI-native and agent-driven applications
- Experience in high-growth, category-creating environment
- Shaping new plays, messaging, and customer narratives
- Collaborating with partners and ISVs
Tasks
- Drive new Lakebase revenue
- Identify and qualify Lakebase activations
- Partner with regional Account Executives
- Articulate Lakebase benefits to key personas
- Sell fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications
- Run complex sales cycles
- Navigate executive and technical stakeholders
- Orchestrate proof-of-value and POCs
- Leverage compete assets and benchmarks
- Align to measurable business outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Shape territory plans and launch plays
- Enable the field with best practices
- Establish strategic focus accounts
- Drive Postgres standardization and migration
- Operate at a business-unit level
- Track revenue and pipeline
- Identify areas needing support
- Engage priority accounts
- Drive strategic opportunities
- Align customers and the field on Lakebase value
- Develop internal and external presence
- Contribute to global AMAs and forums
- Represent Databricks at key events
