  • 3+ years field experience closing net new logos and expanding accounts
  • Experience in fast-paced, competitive market
  • Ability to open new accounts horizontally
  • Proven track record of overachievement
  • Hitting sales targets
  • Articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Co-selling with AWS, GCP, Azure, Accenture, KPMG
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive
  • Strong desire to be successful
  • Must live in territory
  • Passionate about growing career in database market
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops, cloud native infrastructure

Tasks

  • Formulate and execute sales strategy
  • Identify and qualify sales pipeline
  • Close sales deals
  • Prospect to CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical users
  • Build strong relationships for growth
  • Partner with Solution Architects
  • Collaborate with Professional Services team
  • Work with ecosystem and channel partners
  • Maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings
  • Attend Sales Bootcamp
  • Engage in leadership development programs
