Senior Labour Relations Manager(m/w/x)
Works Council relationship management and negotiations for a fast-growing education technology company. German labour law expertise and negotiation experience with Works Councils required. Jobbatical up to 3 months, dedicated nap/faith/family rooms.

- Experience facilitating consultations and negotiations
- Command of German labour law
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Structured project and process discipline
- Proficiency in German and English
- Ability to work in English
Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for the Works Council
- Manage the Works Council relationship end-to-end
- Facilitate consultations and negotiations on company agreements
- Lead negotiations regarding organizational changes
- Advise business leaders and P&O on labour law
- Provide guidance on co-determination and employee relations
- Prepare and oversee all consultation processes
- Ensure timely follow-through on all labour relations matters
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree

- German – Native
- English – Business Fluent
