- •Experience as a teacher or mentor
- •Prior exposure to compliance topics is a plus
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Confident presenting to leadership
- •Digital savvy, familiar with AI
- •Data analysis and consolidation skills
- •Fluent in English and German

- •Develop and implement labor relations strategies for EMEA.
- •Provide guidance on labor relations issues to HR and business partners.
- •Draft and review company agreements and employment contracts.
- •Oversee negotiations with works councils and trade unions.
- •Conduct research on EU Labor Law Directives.
- •Translate EU Labor Law developments into actionable guidance.
- •Drive process improvements for company agreements with HR Directors.
- •Collaborate with the internal legal department on labor issues.
- •Investigate concerns raised through the Corporate Integrity Helpline.
- •Support coaching and training in contract administration and labor relations.
