Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) in labor law preferred
- Proven track record in labor relations
- Experience as a teacher or mentor
- Prior exposure to compliance topics is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident presenting to leadership
- Digital savvy, familiar with AI
- Data analysis and consolidation skills
- Fluent in English and German
Tasks
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies for EMEA.
- Provide guidance on labor relations issues to HR and business partners.
- Draft and review company agreements and employment contracts.
- Oversee negotiations with works councils and trade unions.
- Conduct research on EU Labor Law Directives.
- Translate EU Labor Law developments into actionable guidance.
- Drive process improvements for company agreements with HR Directors.
- Collaborate with the internal legal department on labor issues.
- Investigate concerns raised through the Corporate Integrity Helpline.
- Support coaching and training in contract administration and labor relations.
