- •Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- •Experience in HR Operations and German payroll
- •Experience in German labour law and compliance
- •Expertise in statutory payroll and tax law
- •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office
- •Reliability, responsibility, and detail-oriented problem-solving
- •Independent work and priority management skills
- •Excellent German and English communication skills
- •Advantageous knowledge of EMEA HR processes

Tasks
- •Act as the primary contact for HR administration
- •Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- •Prepare employee documentation and maintain compliant personnel files
- •Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS
- •Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance
- •Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing with external providers
- •Validate and reconcile payroll for German statutory compliance
- •Ensure adherence to German labor law and payroll regulations
- •Provide HR advisory support via the ticketing system
- •Manage relationships with external vendors and statutory authorities
- •Lead process optimization and operational efficiency projects
- •Liaise with regional HR contacts for service alignment
- •Collaborate with global HR colleagues on compliant support
