In this role, you will be the primary contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related questions. You will manage inquiries through various channels, ensuring compliance with HR policies and maintaining accurate employee data.

Requirements

• •Business studies with a focus on human resources or hands-on experience in human resources
• •Solution-oriented, self-organized, supportive of team questions, and knowledge sharing
• •Strong communication and customer orientation skills
• •Familiarity with administrative environments and PC-savvy; ideally experience in Workday, Service Now, and MS Office tools
• •Fluency in written and spoken French, Spanish, and English

Tasks

• •Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
• •Address employee HR concerns via ticket system, chat, and calls
• •Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary
• •Advise on HR processes and ensure adherence to HR policies
• •Maintain employee data in HRM systems like Workday, Service Now, and SAP
• •Create various documents, including certificates and job references
• •Collaborate with the team to ensure standardized processes
• •Engage in best practice sharing and process optimization
