- •Business studies with a focus on human resources or hands-on experience in human resources
- •Solution-oriented, self-organized, supportive of team questions, and knowledge sharing
- •Strong communication and customer orientation skills
- •Familiarity with administrative environments and PC-savvy; ideally experience in Workday, Service Now, and MS Office tools
- •Fluency in written and spoken French, Spanish, and English

- •Address employee HR concerns via ticket system, chat, and calls
- •Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary
- •Advise on HR processes and ensure adherence to HR policies
- •Maintain employee data in HRM systems like Workday, Service Now, and SAP
- •Create various documents, including certificates and job references
- •Collaborate with the team to ensure standardized processes
- •Engage in best practice sharing and process optimization
