- Several years HR roles experience, at least 2 years HRBP experience
- Structured working style, ability to maintain overview and prioritize

- Strong communication skills, relationship building skills
- Demonstrated business integrity, deep HR insights, cognitive empathy, business acumen
- Ability to build/maintain constructive professional relationships
- Fluent German and English (verbally and in writing)
- English (UK) language skills
Tasks
- Act as a sparring partner for directors and senior directors
- Form an integral part of management teams
- Operate on selected strategic HR priorities
- Support the Market HR Director
- Support the geography Head of HR
- Deliver on people plans
- Build trust with people managers
- Establish professional relationships with people managers
- Act as a consultant for managers on HR matters
- Proactively identify business challenges
- Translate business needs into actions
- Share insights with the wider HR community
- Execute the annual HR cycle
- Focus on business strategic impacting value
- Represent business area needs and requirements
- Support business areas
- Guide business areas towards growth
- Participate in acquisition projects
- Participate in post-merger integration
- Work within a matrix structure
- Confidently move between multiple stakeholders
- Conduct data and situation analysis
- Develop proactive HR improvement approaches
- Develop proactive HR solution approaches
- Collaborate with the People Advisory team
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with other HR support functions
- Collaborate with non-HR support functions
