Requirements

  • •University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or similar education
  • •7+ years of strategic HR Business Partnering experience
  • •Proven success in business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation
  • •Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
  • •Expertise in change management and organizational development
  • •Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • •Business fluency in English and German
  • •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
