Tasks
- Develop and implement HR plans and solutions with senior management
- Partner with HR Director and business on organizational design
- Partner with HR Director and business on workforce planning
- Partner with HR Director and business on talent management
- Partner with HR Director and business on succession planning
- Partner with HR Director and business on other HR processes
- Design and execute extensive change management plans
- Manage PMI work on acquisitions
- Provide coaching to front-line managers
- Provide coaching to senior leaders
- Assess training needs for assigned business units
- Conduct 1x1 training sessions
- Conduct group training sessions
- Review and analyze business metrics
- Analyze data on retention
- Analyze data on employee experience
- Recommend actions and changes based on data analysis
- Consult with business on headcount planning
- Consult with Finance on headcount planning
- Consult with business on headcount reporting
- Consult with Finance on headcount reporting
- Understand headcount management
- Understand headcount movement
- Provide compensation support
- Support salary planning
- Approve salary actions
- Approve promotions
- Approve job re-leveling
- Address employee relations issues with managers and employees
