  • Establish professional relationships with people managers
  • Act as a consultant for managers on HR matters
  • Proactively identify business challenges
  • Translate business needs into actions
  • Share insights with the wider HR community
  • Execute the annual HR cycle
  • Focus on business strategic impacting value
  • Represent business area needs and requirements
  • Support business areas
  • Guide business areas towards growth
  • Participate in acquisition projects
  • Participate in post-merger integration
  • Work within a matrix structure
  • Confidently move between multiple stakeholders
  • Conduct data and situation analysis
  • Develop proactive HR improvement approaches
  • Develop proactive HR solution approaches
  • Collaborate with the People Advisory team
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team
