- Map and multi-thread key stakeholders within your territory
- Execute creative outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality
- Build lasting relationships to generate recurring revenue
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Operations teams
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
- Uphold high customer service standards
- Advise prospects on culture and live entertainment needs
- Drive net new revenue for the B2B unit
