Senior Electronics Engineer - Robotics Systems & Hardware Development(m/w/x)
Designing electrical systems for complex robotic hardware, integrating BLDC motor control and power electronics. Altium PCB design and embedded systems experience required. 100€ net monthly allowance, modern office facilities.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in motor control systems (BLDC)
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium)
- Experience with embedded systems design (microcontrollers, FPGAs)
- Knowledge of power electronics (DC/DC converters, battery management)
- Familiarity with sensor integration (encoders, force/torque, IMUs, vision systems)
- Understanding of communication protocols (ethercat, CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C)
- Experience with harness design and cable management for moving systems
- Ability to perform signal analysis and debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
- Knowledge of safety standards for high-voltage and high-current applications
- Experience with thermal management of power electronics
- Background in designing electrical systems for articulated mechanisms
- Experience with real-time control systems and feedback loops
- Familiarity with lightweight power solutions for mobile applications
- Knowledge of wireless power and data transmission and charging systems
- Experience with failure mode analysis and reliability testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated with passion for cutting-edge robotics technology
- Detail-oriented with focus on robust system design
- Adaptable to fast-paced development cycle
Tasks
- Design and develop electrical systems for complex robotic systems
- Select and integrate electronic components for optimal performance
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Develop and maintain electrical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in existing systems
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for integration
- Implement power distribution solutions
- Design and validate safety circuits and fail-safe mechanisms
- Support manufacturing during production and assembly
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC mitigation
