- Support end-to-end strategy definition
- Lead transformation initiatives and performance improvement
- Own the design and evolution of GTM strategies
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Provide strategic insights on market trends
- Inform executive decision-making
- Lead Executive Board-level strategic initiatives
- Develop and deliver C-suite presentations
- Refine SAP’s GTM operating model
- Improve collaboration mechanisms and governance structures
- Enhance execution processes
- Build capabilities and organizational design
- Clarify roles across GTM teams
- Execute large-scale GTM transformation initiatives
- Ensure alignment with global frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Enable coordinated program delivery
- Define GTM strategy along the Customer Value Journey
