Requirements

  • Proven record of accomplishment in online advertising outbound sales
  • Agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
  • Experience working with blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
  • Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
  • Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
  • Capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
  • Effective communication skills with C-level clients
  • Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
  • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations

Tasks

  • Lead a high-performing team of Agency Business Development Managers
  • Drive strategic partnerships with Agency Holding Companies
  • Cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives at key agency partners
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of the media buying platform
  • Leverage industry insights to drive platform adoption
  • Accelerate revenue growth through collaboration with the Brand Business Development team
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with agencies
  • Advocate for client needs in product roadmap prioritization
  • Represent TTD's expertise and vision on global and regional platforms
