Senior Digital Media Manager(m/w/x)
Designing full-funnel digital media campaigns and audience strategies using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for a global cosmetics leader. 6+ years of digital media experience required. Up to 50% home working, trust-based hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Communication, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital media (agency, digital, or FMCG environment)
- Proven track record driving campaign performance
- Strong analytical capabilities, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with key digital media platforms and AdTech/MarTech ecosystems
- Deep expertise in programmatic buying, audience segmentation, A/B testing, DCO, and attribution models
- Solid understanding of integrated media ecosystems (Retail Media, Social Media, Content Marketing)
- Results-driven and highly organized self-starter
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Very good German skills, written and spoken
- Very good English skills, written and spoken
Tasks
- Define strategic and technical campaign framework
- Align communication objectives with full-funnel KPIs
- Leverage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data for audience strategies
- Design POE-based consumer journeys and activation plans
- Ensure robust tagging and tracking readiness
- Execute and optimize campaigns in real-time
- Monitor campaign delivery across key levers
- Apply advanced optimization techniques
- Ensure efficient budget allocation and KPI delivery
- Drive performance evaluation and learning agendas
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Inform future media planning and test-and-learn agendas
