Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Media Management, or Digital Communication
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, RTB platforms, and digital media ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, DCO, Audience Segmentation, Programmatic Media Buying, and Media Attribution
  • Understanding of integrated Marketing channels (Retail Media, Social Media, Content Marketing)
  • Results-driven, organized self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Very good German skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)

  • Oversee digital media trading operations
  • Manage campaign planning and delivery

  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Advise on digital marketing technology
  • Upskill Digital Activation Managers
  • Plan and execute programmatic, social, and ecommerce buying
  • Develop and implement trading strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends
  • Integrate strategies across upper and lower funnel
  • Facilitate cohesive campaign execution
  • Promote unified data analysis and media optimization
  • Monitor MarTech standards
  • Develop taxonomy and create dashboards
  • Localize global MarTech strategies
  • Make informed local MarTech decisions
  • Set up advertising technology platforms
  • Manage and implement ad tech tools
  • Analyze ad tech data for performance improvement
  • Meet and exceed external auditor benchmarks
  • Establish relationships with ad tech vendors
  • Optimize digital media with agency partners
  • Localize and implement digital measurement
  • Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage core technologies
  • Develop learning agenda and KPIs
  • Optimize in-campaign performance
  • Design audience segmentation strategies
  • Deploy audience segmentation across data sets
