- •Experience in Growth, Data, Business, Marketing, Product Analytics, or Data Science
- •5+ years experience in data analytics and statistical modelling
- •Degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
- •Preferable experience in web analytics
- •Preferable experience with growth marketing analytics and testing
- •Expertise in SQL, Python, and BigQuery
- •Expertise in building dashboards with Tableau
- •Statistical modeling, regression, clustering, or time series experience
- •Team management or mentoring experience
- •Experience in large dataset analysis and pitfall identification
- •Marketing or product related experience
- •Analytical thinking and good communication skills
- •Strong problem solving skills and hands-on attitude
- •Ability to work independently

- •Improve channel targeting and efficiency

- •Advance the group's Growth Analytics approach
- •Present analytical insights across the organization
- •Lead independent data projects
- •Collaborate and share knowledge with analysts
