  • •10+ years of professional experience in Paid User Acquisition and ASO
  • •5+ years of experience leading and growing a high-performing app marketing team
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
  • •Strong understanding of mobile tracking platforms
  • •Experience interpreting and optimizing multi-touch attribution models
  • •Ability to identify and close tech/setup gaps quickly
  • •Understanding of digital marketing disciplines
  • •Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning from experiences
  • •Team player valuing diversity of thought

  • •Lead and mentor a high-performing app marketing team

  • •Drive channel efficiency by resolving technical gaps
  • •Launch new campaigns and app marketing initiatives globally
  • •Build scalable infrastructure to enhance team efficiency
  • •Implement tools for budgeting automation and measurement models
  • •Partner with Tech, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to improve app funnel
  • •Coordinate messaging across ad creative and app store landing pages
  • •Collaborate with the Marketing Data Product team on data integration
  • •Improve the integrity of Mobile Measurement Partner integration
