- •Understanding of analytics engineering
- •Extensive experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker or similar BI tools
- •Advocacy for clean code, documentation, and rigorous testing
- •Comfort with navigating ambiguity and mentoring
- •Excellent English communication skills
- •Mastery over SQL, preferably Google BigQuery
- •Proven experience using dbt and Looker

- •Own the end-to-end transformation layer
- •Solve complex data challenges
- •Ensure high-quality and performant data layer
- •Develop the transformation layer using dbt
- •Identify and address technical debt
- •Implement modern approaches for scalability
- •Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs
- •Shape proactive data solutions
- •Lead and evolve the reporting landscape
- •Maintain the health and accuracy of data models
- •Champion engineering best practices
- •Mentor junior engineers
- •Act as a technical liaison between Product/Engineering and the business
- •Ensure data infrastructure evolves with product growth
