- Knowledge of Enterprise Linux systems

- Ability to navigate hybrid cloud architectures
- Understanding of container lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Enterprise Linux distributions
- Understanding of embedded-to-cloud interfaces
- Knowledge of embedded systems security
- Track record supporting Global 2000 companies
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Experience overseeing cross-functional teams
- Experience with playbooks and health tools
- Technical degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Tasks
- Guide customers through the full adoption journey
- Build relationships with executives and managers
- Serve as a trusted customer advisor
- Identify opportunities to solve customer problems
- Maximize business value realization for customers
- Manage the transition from sales to won business
- Focus on achieving customer business outcomes
- Build long-term relationships with key influencers
- Develop customers into positive public references
- Solve customer problems to ensure satisfaction
- Own the outcome of customer success
- Marshal internal resources to meet customer needs
- Implement creative solutions for customer challenges
- Meet specific Wind River financial goals
- Own revenue retention and expansion
- Ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Drive new license and service agreements
- Demonstrate product value for business goals
- Proactively identify new business problems
- Scout for opportunities to expand account footprint
- Analyze customer initiatives and organizational impacts
- Advocate for customers as a strategic resource
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project milestones
- Monitor customer health to prevent churn
- Address concerns to ensure high-value experiences
- Record interactions in the customer intelligence platform
- Provide organizational visibility on customer sentiment
- Partner with Product and Sales on roadmaps
