Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years customer success, account management, or related role experience in technology/software industry
  • Strong background in enterprise software account management
  • Strong understanding of PTC products/services or ability to learn complex technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with industrial or manufacturing customers
  • Professional certifications in customer success or related fields
