Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role
  • Knowledge of PLM & CAD solutions
  • Strong understanding of PTC’s products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with industrial or manufacturing customers
  • Professional certifications in customer success or related fields

Tasks

  • Guide new customers through onboarding
  • Conduct training sessions on product features
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Advocate for customer needs within PTC
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Review customer progress and provide insights
  • Monitor customer health and identify potential issues
  • Provide timely solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Drive customer renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to expand customer accounts
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for trends
  • Share insights with the product team for improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Prepare reports on customer health and satisfaction
