Customer success for an AI-driven endpoint intelligence platform at an autonomous IT platform provider, advocating for client needs. Endpoint security, incident response, or systems management experience, with consulting skills, preferred. 5 days volunteer time off.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Renewals, or Service Management/Professional Services (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience in Endpoint Security, Support/Troubleshooting, Incident Response, Systems Management, or Utility Scripting
  • Ability to master new concepts, technologies, and Tanium platform/modules
  • Consulting and project management skills; strategic relationship building
  • Tanium Certified Operator (nice to have)
  • Tanium Certified Administrator (nice to have)
  • Highly organized self-starter; comfort with ambiguity
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn from others
  • Willingness to contribute ideas for customer/Tanium goals
  • Eagerness to demonstrate customer value and ROI
  • Eagerness to learn technology foundations and advise on Tanium
  • Strong communication and intuitive listening skills
  • Professionalism, insightfulness, and values-driven approach
  • Motivation to solve tough IT problems

Tasks

  • Provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Utilize technical expertise and internal resources.
  • Advocate for customer needs.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Communicate customer use cases internally.
  • Ensure customer success and retention.
  • Conduct proactive health checks and improvement plans.
  • Provide product training to customers.
  • Develop and share technical best practices.
  • Understand customer complexity and segmentation.
  • Drive Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
  • Overcome obstacles to technology implementation.
  • Contribute to strategic customer plans.
  • Execute strategies and tactics with the account team.
  • Increase customer ROI and expand solution areas.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Align solutions with customer business needs.
  • Drive customer adoption and value.
  • Create customer value plans.
  • Track customer actions, risks, and enhancements.
  • Update internal data systems.
  • Contribute to Executive Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to internal practice development.
  • Drive maturity and improvement of Customer Success.
