Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Renewals, or Service Management/Professional Services (SaaS preferred)
- Experience in Endpoint Security, Support/Troubleshooting, Incident Response, Systems Management, or Utility Scripting
- Ability to master new concepts, technologies, and Tanium platform/modules
- Consulting and project management skills; strategic relationship building
- Tanium Certified Operator (nice to have)
- Tanium Certified Administrator (nice to have)
- Highly organized self-starter; comfort with ambiguity
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from others
- Willingness to contribute ideas for customer/Tanium goals
- Eagerness to demonstrate customer value and ROI
- Eagerness to learn technology foundations and advise on Tanium
- Strong communication and intuitive listening skills
- Professionalism, insightfulness, and values-driven approach
- Motivation to solve tough IT problems
Tasks
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues.
