- •5–6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within SaaS or high-tech
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Proficiency in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
- •Ability to develop customer strategies and drive product adoption
- •Solid understanding of technical concepts and security frameworks
- •Experience partnering with technical teams and senior stakeholders
- •Strong project management, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
- •Ability to identify and mitigate customer risks proactively
