Tasks

  • Select and manage community creators
  • Write detailed briefs with objectives, messaging, formats, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Own end-to-end production process from creator selection to final delivery
  • Build and improve standard operating procedures for briefs, reviews, approvals, and asset delivery
  • Design scalable workflows for creator tiers and markets
  • Manage production timelines, approvals, and revisions
  • Review creator submissions and provide actionable feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams on priorities, deadlines, and asset requirements
  • Track project status, flag risks, and resolve bottlenecks
  • Maintain organized workflow documentation and content delivery records
  • Support reporting on delivery status, content volume, and production efficiency
