Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
  • •First professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations
  • •Technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts
  • •Well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
  • •Knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology trends and digital topics
  • •Understanding of client needs and appropriate communication among stakeholders
  • •Refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials, or other B2B markets
  • •Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • •Conduct discovery meetings with sales teams
  • •Perform client demos
  • •Support technical solution presentations
  • •Assist in creating technical proposals
  • •Define digital solution scope by translating requirements into user stories
  • •Engage in requirements engineering with stakeholders
  • •Conceptualize and estimate optimal solutions
  • •Support proof of value projects and deliver assigned project deliverables
  • •Monitor project KPIs and milestones
  • •Provide product training to clients
  • •Act as a point of entry during the hyper-care phase
  • •Give feedback to product management for software improvement
